What exactly is the ProLon Plan?

Prolon is essentially a meal plan based on cutting-edge research carried out at two of the world’s leading centers for biomedical and longevity research located at the University of Southern California (USC), the Longevity Institute and the Diabetes and Obesity Research Institute.
